2 Honest Advice
We provide an honest service and will explain what needs repairing and why. If something doesn't need changing we will make this clear, or advise on when it is likely to need changing. All parts that are replaced are kept (for a limited time), and we will gladly show them to you and point out why they were changed.
3 Transparent Pricing
We are always open with our pricing, we will explain the cost of the repair beforehand, and if any further work is required we always contact the customer to gain approval before carrying out the work. We can provide written quotations before starting work, and our invoices are clearly laid out and each item is categorised.
